Sales & Marketing Manager

Major Duties and Responsibilities

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development of Marketing Strategies and also be responsible for the growth and development, management, and production of the sales team. This includes helping to identify business opportunities, meeting with executive level contacts, analyzing customer needs by performing a document-flow analysis, evaluating customer requirements, and recommending workable solutions. This position reports directly to the CEO and will lead a team of Sales Representatives under his/her direction. .

You will assist the CEO in the selection of top sales talent, achievement of revenue, as well as the profit and product mix objectives of the company.

Job Requirements

University Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or related field
At least 5 years of working experience in a sales/marketing capacity, preferably in the ICT sector
IT and Telecommunication skills is an added advantage
Excellent communication skills and able to work independently

Database Developer/Administrator

Major Duties and Responsibilities

You are an organized individual with an excellent eye for detail. In this role, you will troubleshoot MS SQL database errors, establish critical performance parameters and develop monitoring tools/scripts to monitor the health of the database on a daily basis.

As part of your job, you will also fine-tune the performance of the database as it grows in size and complexity. In addition, you will be required to backup the database periodically, plan database disaster recovery, strategize and execute database migration strategies, as well as enhance and optimize overall database design and structure.

You are also required to, from time to time, write simple SQL reports for report generation and ad-hoc information gathering. You are also required to to assist the DB development team for alpha and beta testing of all new implementations.

Job Requirements

Polytechnic diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
At least 5 years of working experience with MS SQL database.
Well-versed in Microsoft operating systems.
Excellent communication skills and able to work independently.

Account Manager, Sales & Support

Major Duties and Responsibilities

As a target-driven and highly-motivated individual, you will drive monthly sales to achieve the assigned sales target. Working closely with the internal processing/technical team, you will not only help to ensure that our customers' needs are provided on a timely basis, but you will also be required to respond to and recruit new leads assigned. You will also need to ensure that all sales conditions are met within the Company's guidelines, and maintain updated reports of lead contacts for sales reviews. On top of that, you will continue to be responsible for the accounts that you sign up.

Job Requirements

Minimum polytechnic qualification, experience will be beneficial but not necessary.
Experience in the telecommunications industry preferred.
Fluent in English. Must be able to speak Mandarin.
High achiever with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Account Manager, Corporate Sales

To manage and expand existing base of corporate accounts to achieve targeted sales turnover.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Develop opportunities to secure new corporate accounts for Mobalex services, through direct marketing (i.e. cold calling, referrals, trade shows, etc) to expand base of corporate accounts.
Promote revenue growth among existing base of corporate accounts through a process of continuous interaction and understanding of customers' requirements.
Build and maintain good working relations with corporate accounts and obtain constant feedback on service quality and market information.
Conduct periodic service review of corporate accounts to ensure cost-effectiveness of service plans of corporate accounts.
Monitor and analyze customer performance for existing base of corporate accounts on a continual basis, to identify any growth or reduction in revenue and take action accordingly.
Explore and recommend new strategies of sales for the expansion of business in the commercial market.
Work with internal departments to provide and maintain pre-sale and post technical and service support.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Business/Sales & Marketing or the equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications industry or related field.
Possess effective selling and good interpersonal skills.
Strong in analytical, problem solving and self management skills.
Excellent communication skills and a team worker
